I have tried outgoing server ports 587, 3535, 110, 25, etc. So, I'm checking to make sure this is not an issue on the Outlook side. no other emails so the emails the client wants moved to a new system can be moved to a different computer and used by Outlook 2007 on that new computer. I talked to my ISP and they say the issue is not on their side (although they won't discuss particulars because I don't work for the company on the account) and no other email issues have been reported in the building.
